Students attending all camps will be dropped off at
Palmer Trinity School | 8001 SW 184th Street | Miami, FL 33157
Location for each camp is noted below and drop off begins at 8:45 a.m. Please do not drop off earlier than 8:45 a.m. or leave your child unattended on campus. If you would like to park, please use the parking lot nearest your drop off point
Drop-off window: 8:45 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
*All Classroom Enrichment classes will check in at the gym and then go to their classroom each day Full-day.

Afternoon ½ Day programs are available to students signed up for a morning ½ day camp/course. The options for afternoon Half Day are Baseball. Basketball, and Soccer.
Members of our staff will be in the pick-up area to help with dismissal. Children will not be released to anyone not on the pick-up permission unless cleared through Manny Bloom.
Students attending the following camps will be picked up at Palmer Trinity School, 8001 SW 184th Street, beginning at 12:00 p.m., from the cafeteria. Reminder that your child is welcome to stay and eat lunch until 12:15 p.m. as a half day camper.

Students attending the following camps must be picked up at the following locations at 3:00 p.m. Please do not be late for pickup as our coaches of other responsibilities they need to get to.

- Boys’ Soccer Athletic Camp | Full-day - PDR next to cafeteria
Once you submit your registration and payment, we are not able to offer any refunds. In order to offer proper staffing of teachers and coaches, and an organized structured summer program, changes cannot be accommodated. This policy is noted in the waiver that is included with your registration. Additionally, make-up days are not available.
- Switching camps will not be available after the first day of camp.
- No credit will be issued for days missed due to illness, student conduct, holidays, or inclement weather.
Inclement weather is part of every summer in Miami, and so it is part of our planning. Our Weather system alerts us to lightning in the area, and when it goes off, the children come inside. Should this take place during dismissal, please understand that we can only dismiss from a covered area so the dismissal process may take longer than usual. Rainy day activities are prepared in advance and ready to go to offer indoor alternative programs. When storms occur during pick-up times, please understand that there will be delays in dismissal. Should the National Hurricane Center issue a tropical storm or hurricane warning for our area, Summer Programs will close until it is safe to resume operations. As noted in the waiver you signed upon registration, we will not issue refunds or credits for such closures during extreme weather.
If your child is enrolled in any half or full day, he/she will be served lunch. This is included in the fees you have already paid. We will provide water throughout the day. A water bottle is recommended. We will also have a snack time for full day campers which they will have to start a snack account for with Manny Bloom.
Campers must wear appropriate t-shirts and shorts with athletic shoes. No Crocs or flip-flops, please. If your child’s program has a t-shirt, it will be issued during camp by the camp director. Shirts will be given out on Thursday each week to wear Friday,
Important note: Money and valuables should not be brought to any of the Palmer Trinity Summer Programs. Toys and anything with a power button (unless used for instructional activities with teacher approval) should remain at home. Palmer Trinity is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
